Did you know that the three-year training cycle for Code of Ethics started on January 1, 2025. This means that active REALTOR® members must complete their ethics training within the new cycle.

In addition, starting in 2025, active members must now complete two hours of fair housing training every three years as a condition of REALTOR® membership.

And as a Florida REALTOR®, agents and brokers are required to complete 3 hours of Core Law continuing education every two years. Here’s the good news, Powerhouse Real Estate School is offering all three courses this year.
